Covid 19
While we are still in a stage of social distancing & staying home I have adapted to holding sessions online (virtually) and over the phone. Please note that face to face sessions will return as soon as it is safe to do so. Attachment Style
Attachment is an emotional bond with another person. It has been studied and believed that the earliest bonds formed by children with their caregivers have a tremendous impact that continues throughout life.
